Serum or plasma C-reactive protein (CRP), including high-sensitivity CRP (hs-CRP), by clinical immunoassay. Assay and sensitivity recorded on the edge.
The method is part of the endpoint identity. Studies measuring the same quantity by a different method are held as separate endpoints.
Notes
Standard CRP and hs-CRP are the same analyte at different detection floors, so they share a node with the assay on the edge. That is a different situation from Jaffe versus enzymatic creatinine, where the methods disagree about the value itself.
