Gut microbiota-generated trimethylamine N-oxide from dietary choline and glucose homeostasis in humans.2026PMID:42314769Permalink
How it is measured
Matsuda index of whole-body insulin sensitivity, computed as 10000 divided by the square root of the product of fasting glucose, fasting insulin, mean glucose and mean insulin across the sampled timepoints of a 75 g oral glucose load or a mixed meal tolerance test. The test used and the sampling timepoints are recorded with each finding.
