- Population
- Sedentary hypertensive postmenopausal women aged 50-71 years, resting systolic blood pressure at or above 130 mmHg (or 120 mmHg if on antihypertensive medication); 4 of 11 in the citrulline arm and 3 of 11 in the placebo arm were taking an antihypertensive and 1 in each arm a statin.
