How it is measured
Apparent oral clearance (CL/F) of rivaroxaban, the dose-normalised rate of drug removal divided by bioavailability, estimated from rivaroxaban plasma concentration-time data assayed by LC-MS/MS or equivalent, in litres per hour. The structural model used for the estimate is recorded with each finding.
