Modified Rankin Scale 0-2 at 90 days (functional independence)

How it is measured

Proportion of stroke patients scoring 0-2 on the modified Rankin Scale assessed 90 days after the index event, by a trained rater using a structured interview. Whether the assessment was blinded and whether it was made in person or by telephone recorded with each finding.
