Incident knee osteoarthritis by radiographic joint-space-narrowing progression

How it is measured

Binary incident knee osteoarthritis defined by radiographic progression of at least 1 mm in minimum joint-space width (mJSN) in the medial tibiofemoral compartment on weight-bearing knee radiographs, read manually or by semi-automated software. Follow-up duration and the assessment method (manual or semi-automated) are recorded with each finding.
