How it is measured

Total severity score of the Clinician-Administered PTSD Scale, a structured clinician interview rating frequency and intensity of the DSM PTSD symptoms, summed into one global score (higher is more severe). The CAPS version (CAPS-IV or CAPS-5) and the timepoint are recorded with each finding.
