Cell types

A cell type as the Cell Ontology names it. What the expression atlases place in it is below.

16 cell types in the graph. None is connected directly to a compound that carries a graded finding, so none is indexed — they serve, and they link onward. That is a fact about how much has been curated and about the shape of the connection, not about the cell types: a cell type reaches a curated compound through a protein, which is two steps, and the indexation floor asks for one.
